how do you contact a sellar or eBay if you're unable to do either?

I couldn't contact the sellar and eBay help doesn't answer your questions. You tell them the problem, but they say they don't respond. They just take your questions for help and they will try to improve problems you describe but they won't respond. No one will help with this problem.

If you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.
