Mentor2 years agoClick on your (12) feedback number to get to your page. Click on Left for others to see the feedbacks you left. You can only request to revise neutral and negative feedback.
If the seller has corrected the problem, and you are happy, go to your Purchase history, locate the item, and click on CONTACT SELLER. Apologize for the neg, and let the seller know you would be glad to revise the feedback once the seller sends you a Feedback Revision Request. In case the seller doesn't know where to find it, let the seller know to go to his/her feedback page, scroll to the very bottom, and click on Request Feedback Revision. Once you receive it, you have 10 days to act on it.
