How do you cancel a order thatâ€™s overdue when donâ€™t have options no more when customer says item havenâ€™t arrived when your of stock of product eBay customer service has been no help I tried to email and live chat I just need to cancel my orders and refund customers but I canâ€™t because account is restricted now

In Seller Hub, go to Orders
Find the order you want to cancel, and from More actions, select Cancel order.
Choose a reason for the cancellation and then select Submit to finish.

When you offer your buyer a refund, the amount will be paid from the total of your Available, Processing, and On hold funds. If you donâ€™t have enough funds to cover the cost of the refund, the amount will be paid from your linked checking account or an on-file payment method.

You can choose a preferred on-file payment method to cover the refund amounts if your funds are insufficient. Please ensure your payment method is up to date to avoid any charge failure.
