how do you call ebay
I was charged twice for a single print of my label and need to get it refunded. non of the selp help or automated covers this.

Mentor6 months agoIt's not incorrect, but it's not easy to get past the bots that way. Also when I posted I didn't see your post. I was just slow because I was getting macros from Notepad.
I have tested the pathway that I shared and it actually does lead to an option to request a call back and even an option to CALL agent without arguing with the bot for a long time.

Here's how to Contact Customer service if you did NOT buy two shipping labels as this does affect your payout amount
Click this link> https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/getting-paid-items-youve-sold?id=4814
Then Type PAYOUT In the chat bot box on the lower right.
Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.
