How Do you Calculate Combined Shipping Estimate for International Buyer?

I had a potential buyer from the UK today ask what combined shipping would be for multiple items. I have the total weight, but with Ebay Global Shipping Program, wasn't sure where to go to calculate the estimate. I called Ebay and, as usual, they couldn't tell me either!

The Global Shipping Program, which is now transitioned to ebay's International Shipping, does not allow combined shipping, Each item has to be shipped separately.
