how do you bid on an item that doesn't ship to usa from uk, but seller says to use global shipping
trying to bid on item in uk, seller does't list usa as option, but says usa buyers use global shipping to be able to bid...how do i do this

·1 year agoYou don't. If the US does not appear in the drop down "Country/region" menu* then you don't buy it. Sellers tend to just assume that if they sign up for eBay International Shipping (or its predecessor over here eBay Global Shipping--don't know if UK still uses the old one or if the seller isn't keeping up with it) it will cover all listings but eBay International Shipping (EIS) has its own exclusions (in general or to particular countries). https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/shipping-items/setting-shipping-options/ebay-international-shipping-program?id=5348&st=3&pos=1&query=eBay%20International%20Shipping%20program&intent=ebay%20international&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1704
*Click the "See details" link on the s/h quote under the action buttons on the main listing on the full website, then click the Country/Region box down arrow to see which countries (if any beyond the seller's home country) are included for that listing.
