How do you apply or enroll in ebay's international shipping program?
It isn't clear how to apply or enroll in the program.

OP2 years agoIt is not available to me, but it is ok. Many on the forum have stated that the costs are excessive and not worth it. Many others use manual international and that is what I will use. Thank you for your response.
