how do you appeal a closed appeal
i bought an item. the seller said i would receive it shortly. the seller couldn't find it in his inventory but then later found it. he sent the item to me but because the address was not completely legible to USPS they sent it back to the seller. Their decision was not to grant the return of money. I appealed the decision and showed the USPS tracking that clearly showed it was returned to the sender.
My appeal was denied and that is the wrong decision. Im out the money and nothing to show for it.
How do I appeal the closed appeal?

Have you asked the seller to refund you?
If the seller refuses, you can go to your payment source or credit card.
