You save Items to your watch list by clicking on the Add to watch list button on a listing page
To the right of that you should see an outlined Heart symbol next to Save Seller. If you click on that the seller will be saved to your Saved Seller's list and the heart will turn solid blue.
If you open your Saved Seller list in the left on your watch list or ebay summary page, your saved sellers will appear in alphabetical order in a gallery view list. In the lower right of each box with a seller's name is a 3 stacked dot menu, that allows you to save a note about the seller and/or the items they sell. You can go directly to their store or listings from there as well.
