How do we contact ebay? It's impossible!!!!!
I purchased an item, but the seller was not communicating or shipping it, even though I paid it immediately. I asked to cancel my order, but it was never done. The seller eventually shipped the item, it says it was delivered inside my "mailbox" but it's a laptop, it won't fit there. The seller refuses to answer any communication and ebay won't help! Ebay keeps extending the deadline of when they will "get involved". Meanwhile, I'm out $748 and no laptop. HOW DO I CONTACT EBAY?????

·2 years agoSellers are not required to respond to messages or cancel orders.
If tracking shows the item was delivered, Ebay won't do anything unless you can prove it wasn't shipped to you.
Go to your PO and see what you can find out about the package.
