It depends on the reason for the return. If you ordered an Item and the Seller sent you the wrong thing, they should accept the return. If you ordered the wrong item and it doesn't fit, the Seller is not required to allow the return.
If the latter is what happened, your option is to file a chargeback with your payment company.
