How do they decide if an order gets a GST/HST on it?
I have an order that has been sold from an Ebay account that is in the US and is being shipped to another address in the US. They charged GST/HST instead of sales tax. The only thing I can think of is the fact that the description included the country of manufacture. I just want to know why they did this. Thanks in advance
