·1 year agoYou don't technically need to have online banking set up to receive payments, but you do need a valid bank account with a routing number and account number that you can provide. If you don't use online banking with that bank, it may take some time to set up as you'd have to receive microdeposits to the account and verify those amounts with eBay once you get your account statement.
As @inceptions said, you also have to provide your social security number and other relevant details that are required by law in order to be set up as a seller on eBay and receive payouts.

You'd have to sell somewhere else. To sell on eBay, you must provide eBay with your social security # and also a checking account # to receive your payments.
