How do one contact e-bay directly regarding items being sold on their Platform?
There were two items purchased that were very old products and it turns out the products went bad and the items were 2-year-old stock, company no longer sell the items in that packaging. Fortunately, I had a very kind person and refund me the money. I think, the sellers should specifically state product date, when I looked at the batch number the items were expired. Although it was new in the box, it was old. Stating, new in the box is not fully description, should reflect something to indicate its old or at the very least check the brand to see what the life of the product is to give you some insight on it the product is good.

Mentor8 months agoDepending on what the item is, you can not sell expired items and usually the dates are somewhere in the listing. The best thing to do, especially if you do not see the date is ask the seller before you purchase the item.
