Currently, only eBay members in the USA, UK, and Germany can use Team Access. All team members must be registered in the same country for the feature to work.
You must be opted-in to Seller Hub. If you're not yet opted-in, you can opt in here > Seller Hub
How to get to Team Access from Seller Hub :
Look in the Selling Tools area and click on the Seller Dashboard link
You can get to Team Access even faster by clicking on the Hi...dropdown and selecting Account Settings. After you click on account settings, you'll see a Team Access link under Account Preferences.
