How do I use ebay credit?

Question

How do I contact eBay by phone or email? I have a credit balance on my statement and have no idea how to use these funds. When I purchase new items, there is no mention of ebay credit to use. The automated customer service says it will contact me at a number that is wrong. This balance has been on my account for YEARS now. My number is 225-266-3644.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

You will need to contact Ebay and request that they issue a refund of your credit balance.

Use this link and click on "Have us call you". (make sure your phone number in your Ebay account is up to date.
