How do I upload tracking after item has been delivered?

I need to upload pictures of the receipt from USPS and full tracking activity to the buyer and to eBay. Can anyone tell me how to do this? I thought it would be an easy endeavor yet to my surprise I've been directed and redirected to articles that are unhelpful. Any suggestions are highly appreciated.

If you use ebay shipping to print the shipping label, the tracking is uploaded automatically. If you pay full retail at the counter, you go to your Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting Shipment and click to enter the tracking number carefully from your receipt.
