How do I update the shipping info. on the orders page?
My item has arrived but it still shows as in transit on the orders page. I need to send a refund but can't because the item appears to have not arrived yet.

Whether the package has arrived or not does not prevent you from sending a refund.
But what is the refund for? The answer to that determines the best way to handle the situation.
