How do I update FEEDBACK message to BUYER?
How do I update the message text for a buyer? The setting was set to ‘Positive’ but I accidentally left the message from a buyer that didn’t pay and hit the Submit button. 😓 Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

·2 years agoBuyers cannot be given negative feedback.
And a negative comments in a positive feedback is a policy violation.
Did you cancel the sale due to nonpayment? This gives the buyer a strike.
