If you mean actual bids in an actual auction format listing, you would need to end the listing early without a winner (if the auction has ever had a bid there is a fee involved, and a deadline of 12 hours before the scheduled end) and then relist.
If you can't locate the links to revise or end each particular listing in your Seller Hub, Go to the Site Map (link at the bottom of this and most ebay.com pages) Sell Section (use the shortcut at the top--it's a long scroll down) and you'll find the link to those and several other useful seller tools.
*eBay at least used to add Best Offer to existing listings even though the seller jumped through the hoops to turn it off or made sure it was off when they first set up that listing; don't know if they still do that.
