How do i turn off one hour auto-pay, i get screwed when i buy multiple lots from the same seller.

The Auto-pay setting is on every Selling account and Sellers have the option to turn it ON or OFF for Auction and separately for the Offer process.
If you se the screens requiring a payment method prior to bidding or processing an Offer message the seller and ask them to turn it off. Some may not even know it is on their account and eBay made the default setting to be ON.

OP5 months agoI bought 8 lots from a seller last night. I got charged for 8 shipping fees, when they are going to send one package. This was after I asked them to combine shipping before the autopay kicked in. How does this get fixed?

The only "fix" is if the Seller refunds you the shipping overage once they have a final package weight and size for the items you purchased. If you ask them to do that and they don't comply eBay will not do anything either. Some Sellers see shipping as an additional profit center.
For the future and as mentioned, if you see the screens requiring a payment method up front message the Seller and ask them to turn it off or simply tell them unless they turn it off you will take your business elsewhere. Some may not even know it is ON and we have a fair amount of Sellers coming here asking about it and how to turn it off.
