How do I turn off my returns accepted for my whole account
How do I turn off my returns accepted for my whole account? I understand that I can edit each listing, but I don't want new listings to come up as returns accepted. I'd like to stop accepting returns ( I do understand INAD returns)

Note not offering returns is often a bad move. Buyers are then more prone to lie about the return reason, purposely damage the item, and it often deters many potential good buyers. Plus in a dispute ebay considers you don't want the item back when considering a refund so you risk losing your item and money.

OP11 months agoThank you! I've considered it. I sell apparel and I'm getting a lot of returns based on fit. I provide measurements in the listing so it's a little annoying. I understand that they could say there's something wrong with it or damage it. Its just frustrating. I sell 3X as much on poshmark with no returns. If I had a higher percentage of sales on ebay, it would help to offset the returns.

Mentor11 months agoAt lease if buyer selects "fit" as the reason for the return they have to pay for the return postage. Still a problem though I agree. Ebay apparently is working on some improvements to the return system, but don't hold your breath.
