You only have 39 items for sale and sold 5 items in the last 90 days, a non-store account gets 250 FREE insertions per month so you are a long way away from being charged Insertion fees.
Buy it now (BIN) items automatically Relist each month on the same day they were listed, that cannot be changed. You would have to End listings via the drop-down menu on the left of the items you want to move off the Active list to the Unsold file, they will remain in that file for 90 days or until you delete or relist them.
BIN items and how they automatically relist CANNOT be changed, that is how they work.
