You are a new Seller and sold two items at the beginning of April, each for $ 650.00.
You need to make sure your account is set up to receive payouts to your checking account and you need to provide your SSN or you will not get paid: Getting paid for items you've sold | eBay
New Sellers can have their funds held for up to 31 days from confirmed delivery: Transaction holds | eBay
On this page you can see the status of Payouts and the transaction on the right in the Recent activity file: Seller Hub | Your financial summary | eBay

You will see an itemized list of deductions, which can include additional shipping labels, promoted fees, listing fees, store subscription
