How do I talk to someone at eBay? My questions are not answered by an AI bot

This will be at least the third time in the past few weeks where an issue arose that the virtual agent can't answer and then I try to call and end up getting hung up on because the bot doesn't have an answer to my problem.

It's frustrating, time consuming and quite honestly infuriating. The contrast of what eBay customer service was like before vs is now is disappointing.
