A buyer sent back an item he purchased from me . He put the wrong address on the package and so it did not get delivered to me . USPS cannot trace it becaud=se I have to supply the address which I do not have and USPS cannot give it to me by law. Since he did have a tracking # it shows it was delivered so ebay closed my case and they are now ignoring me. I have tried for 2 weeks to told to ebay with no luck.
