How do I talk to an actual person about a return?

I need to talk to an agent about an automatic return. Not only am I not getting the item back, it's also a return for a fraudulent reason; the buyer bought a British VHS tape and has an American vcr and it was noted in the description it would not work in an American VCR. The return was still automatically approved. I would like to talk to a person so I can at least get my item back. How do I get in touch with an agent these days everything just takes me to a robot
