How do i talk to a real person over shipping cost on phone
Ebay isn't paying us for the shipping after cx pays for it. I have tried calling ebay 5 times and it won't connect me to a person at all. I'm super frustrated thank you

Mentor3 years agoWhen ebay states that the buyer paid, that is for item price + shipping + sales tax. You get item price + shipping less Final Value Fee, which you can see when you go to Seller Hub > Payments > All transactions
