buyer claims item arrived damage when there was 0% it was damaged during shipping as all boxes have no exterior damage.

If the buyer files a returns request stating the Item is Not as Described/damaged, you need to accept the return and pay for a return shipping label, or fully refund without requiring return of the item. If you refuse to do either, ebay can refund the buyer from your funds, record a defect on your account, and you do not get the FVF credited. Too many defects and you can be restricted or suspended.
