How do I take down an item on EBAY that is no longer for sale?

Question

I had added an item to EBAY over a year ago and left it for sale at a fixed price. I never had any takers until 12 months later and now I no longer have the item to sell. How do I permanently remove this item from EBAY where I do not have to keep refunding buyers? I have had two buyers trying to purchase it. Need to get the item off of EBAY for good. Thanks for your suggestions and help!
