How do I stop offers from items Iâ€™m not interested in?

When browsing items on eBay, I often get offers for items that have not been saved in my wish list. How do I shut that off? I would like peoples items I am not interested in to not be able to send me offers.

Unfortunately eBay offers only 1 choice for opting out of offers from sellers. Back when it started there were only Second Chance Offers, so it was just for that. Then they added "Private Offers" to potential buyers who had messaged the seller about the item, then Watch List, then if it has been in the Cart for a couple of days, and now if you looked at it (not sure how that works since it is not documented in the Help Page for sellers about offers. And unfortunately they never bothered to update the block offers setting in My eBay: Account: Communication Preferences other than expand it past SCOs it was originally for.

So if you want to stop any of them, you have to opt out of all of them. Or not do the actions that lead to them (or do them on a separate account that you set up with offers blocked).
