How do I STOP Ebay from sending offers without telling me?
I have offers disabled on my listings, so ebay just sends offers to people without me knowing, and it is driving me crazy! I cannot find any way to disable this in the setting, and it's like a 20% discount it is generating!

automated offers are listed. But It may me because the person replied with a ridiculous low counter offer and I declined it instantly...that is when I noticed offers were still going out eventhough I disabled absolutly every thing I could find on ALL my listing. It is extremely frustrating. The only solution I have now is to raise my listing prices to offset these freaking offers.

Have you gone to this page to make sure you have no Automated Offers sending out?

There should be NO listings in the Automated offer list if you don't want them sent.

Well ebay seller support was WRONG. Ebay is still sending offers to random people even with general promotions disabled, automated offers turned off, and accept offers disabled!

You can find the listings with Automatic offers on here
https://www.ebay.com/sh/mktv2/offers
Click the boxes beside the offers you want to end
Click End in the upper right (it appears after you have selected one or more listings)
Check any future offers you send to confirm the switch is OFF (these are blue or ON)
Once you have de-selected sending offer automatically a few times, it will "stick" and work on the offers sent by phone app too.

OP10 months agoThise were actually already set to off. I ended up finding a way to contact ebay seller support and they told me it was becuase I had selected General Promotion on the listing. Apparently Ebay is sending offers as part of the General Promotion now no matter what your offer setting are. I had no idea and could not see it mentioned anywhere . Ebay support told me to disable proted if I did not want it to send offers out, so I have disabled it on all my listings.
