How do I speak with a real person at ebay to get a problem resolved?
I received an item that was totally misrepresented and missing parts. I returned the item but the seller says he does not have the3 money to refund me. A total scam by this guy. I can't speak with a live person at ebay about this. About to close my ebay account.

Did you open a Return Case? Or did you just send the item back the seller?
If you opened the case, you can "ask eBay to Step In" and eBay will force the refund.

If you just mailed the item back to the seller, contact customer service
eBay doesn't have an incoming phone line for either buyers or sellers. But you can have eBay call YOU, here
