How do i speak to someone in ebay?
It seems its not possible to leave negative feedback. But what happens when the seller clearly under delivers and want to cancel order.... whats the point of feedback when its one sided.
Saying buy 1 get 1 free and not delivering thst free item isnt acceptable.
First the blamed their "dispatch" then once I showed pics of the packaging it was obvious stuff was missing then they blamed processing.
I always read comments before buying cos I know how bad customer service is... but now realizing "negative feedback " redirects u to AI assistance or message the seller who obviously lies means eBay has gone woke and itsvtime for me to leave!
