How do i speak to someone at Ebay
An order i paid for has never been despatched. Unfortunately, i ordered it as a guest, it is therefore not showing up in my account as me having purchased it. I therefore can't follow it up through the usual channels online
I have the email from Ebay showing it has been ordered and paid for, i also have proof of 2 messages i sent the seller, but i have had no reply from him
I need to speak with an actual person to get this sorted and get a refund
Can anyone help me please?

Mentor3 years agoSince you ordered as a guest, the sale is not associated with your account in any way. (That's why it's far better to log in and order on your account.)
There is no action you can take until the estimated delivery date has passed. When you ordered as a guest, you received an email with information about your order. See this link for information about handling problems with a guest order from the UK site.:
