How do i speak to an agent

Question

I have a return request in where the seller should be paying the shipping. been emailing trying to work something out and going nowhere, i just want to return item and get my money back. been trying to contact an agent or something but keeps sending me to page where i should be paying for shipment, the item has been removed do to misrepresentation. how do i speak to someone.

When you opened the refund request on eBay, what reason did you use? Did you use Item Not as Described or something else? That will make a difference in who pays for return shipping.

Also, what is the current status of your request? Did the Seller respond?
