How do I speak to a real person on eBay?
My item did not arrive but ebay says it was delivered. Fedex said that the tracking number provided by the seller is not associated with my address at all. The item was signed for by someone. I think the seller is a scammer. I reported that the item was not delivered and the automated system said that ebay will not step in to help me until the 28th of Sept. I would like to talk to an agent at ebay before then to get my money back.
