Hi. Can you help please.

My account has been hacked. I then get stuck in a perpetual security loop. They ask for my phone number on the account, which has also been changed. As such, I can't get in to change my password etc. The automated system is rubbish. Please help

Before you change your password, if you can, check if you personal info is right, especially your email address.

Scroll to the bottom of the help page.

Click on "Contact usâ€.

Add â€˜agent' in the chat box that popped up.

Answer questions if showing up.

Find the agent, maybe under "More actions".

Make a choice for a chat or a call to you.
