How do I ship two orders separately (in two boxes) that are automatically combined?

Hello All!
I had a buyer purchase two separate orders from me and tried to ship them, using eBay's discounted shipping and label printing, but it is combining the orders and only offering a single shipment (1 package) option. I need to ship this order in more than one box. I've exhausted all of the options in the Customer Service AI which asked me to disable Combined Shipping options in my Shipping Preferences (which are not enabled).
Note: I'd pack the shipment into one box but it's a collection of 39 hard cover books and an assortment of other valuable collectibles. It has to be shipped in two boxes.

Mentor2 weeks agoIf you go to the Shipping Hub you should see where you can uncombine them. If not directly there click on the "more" drop down menu upper right.
