Here is the eBay Help page on Getting paid for the items you sell on eBay. Part of the process requires you to provide your SSN as well as banking information for your checking account. NOTE:
-The name on your eBay account and bank account have to match or it will not be accepted.
On the following page in Seller Hub you can set up your back up payment method (like a credit card), set your Payout frequency and make other changes they relate to the financial part of your eBay account. Seller Hub | Your financial summary | eBay
In your payment account, scroll down to preferences - https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/summary - you should see the account you have entered, if you did already add one, and can edit it from there. It should also have a link to add an account if you did not add one while setting up your first listing.
Sorry but the Managed Payments System requires you to verify a checking account first. Then once verified you have the option to verify a debit card (not a credit card) to receive payouts to but there is a fee for doing this.

Or you can do this from your wallet page - https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list

Are you asking how to set up your existing checking account on eBay? Or how to open one to use for eBay?
