How do I set shipping to free shipping

For some reason, my create a listing is not allowing me to set things to free shipping.

Am I missing something.

If anyone can assist, I would appreciate it.

The trick to finding "Free Shipping" is to enter the weight and dimensions of the package, and then pick the shipping method (Add Services). Then you can find the "Free Shipping" entry.

If it says "Shipping Policy", you can set up a shipping policy for free shipping.
