How do i send an offer to a buyer after the original offer expired?

The offered expired, i messaged the buyer to say I would accept the offer, but buyer says she's not seeing the option to make an offer on this item again. And asked if i would send her an offer. How do i do that?

Usually, if a buyer sends a message to a seller, the seller will see the option to respond with an offer. I'm not sure if this will work after the buyer has already made an offer that has expired. However, if you end and relist the item, it will have a new item number and clean slate for receiving new offers. But the simplest would be to just revise the listing to the new price so that the buyer can purchase directly without making another offer.
