A buyer has paid for my order however there are additional shipping charges I need to send an invoice for.How and where do I do this?

You cannot send an invoice though eBay. You can send a PayPal invoice - you need the buyerâ€™s email address. Or you can set up a listing for them to purchase, like this - https://www.ebay.com/itm/390704379770

You cannot charge more for shipping than what the buyer has already paid. You cannot send an invoice.

If the buyer agrees to pay you, they will have to pay you through some other means such as Paypal, etc.
