How do I send an international shipping invoice?
I sold an item. I'm awaiting payment. My dashboard says "Send Invoice" but when I click on that it says "Cannot send invoice on international shipping orders." What am I supposed to do?

Mentor3 years agoI looked at 2 of your sold listings, and you do ship internationally. You might try again if it was a temporary glitch.

OP3 years agoThank you. EBay informed me they send out the invoice. Why they give the option to sending the buyer and invoice is totally confusing to me. Thanks for your help
