How do I send a return address label to a customer that purchased an item from me on eBay?

A customer purchased an item from me on eBay and wants to return it. How do I send her a return label so she can send the item back to me?

@jammichl924 Has the buyer filed a return request case? If yes just approve the return and a label is issued in the request automatically if it is a not as described return reason.

Once you issue a refund the buyer can not access the label from the case so wait until you get the item back before refunding.
