How do I send a refund for an item I sold back in November that I never sent?
I was going through depression at the time and just didn’t check my email but now I’m seeing that eBay has put that money into my account. I tried to press the send refund with the three dots and it’s telling me I’ve got to send some of my money from my actual bank account, like $783. How do I make sure this person gets the money back that they sent me for this doll? I don’t want to get in trouble 😞 do I have to just send them the doll? I was gonna sell it at the time but decided not to and got off eBay forgetting to take off the item off my shop due to bad memory. I sold this item for 900+ dollars.

OP1 year agoCalling eBay in the morning.. this was from November . If worse comes to worse looks like I’ll have to send them the doll but can the buyer cancel and get the full money that they paid back? Says some of it has been taken out for California taxes and only reason I remembered about not taking down the listing is because I got a tax form in the mail from eBay.
