how do I send a picture to a seller
I ordered a part for my clothes washer. Part is damaged.
I took picture, but do not know how to attach it
to the conversation, so seller can see where
the damage is. I need a full refund or a replacement
part asap. Thank you.

I am doing this on my computer and tried to copy, paste. NOPE.
Had to upload to my computer from my email picture off my
phone and then I was able to attach it. THANK YOU

OP1 year agoJust messaged the seller within the hour. I have not done a return request.
Maybe I should ? And order from another seller ? Their auction promised
overnite, took them 5 days to put the package in the mail. I paid more
because it was my state and I hoped to have it here when my mechanic
was here to help me.

Mentor1 year ago@ladytoysdream With this added information about the seller's customer service I strongly recommend you file the not as described return request with the reason arrived damaged. The return request is gonna ask you to load the photo again.
The seller will have the option to either refund you without a return or if they fight the return then you just ask eBay to step in on the 4th business day.

and their ad is misleading for their shipping time frame and
did enclose a picture. THANK YOU

Mentor1 year agoThe seller then has the choice of paying for the return shipping and then refunding or refunding without a return.
If they do not do one of those options then ask eBay to step in and help on the 4th business day.

The photo format may need to be Jpeg and not heic which is the default for iPhone.

Do not let the seller stall you if they do not send out a replacement right away, you only have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.
Ebay cannot force the seller to send a replacement item but they can make the seller refund you once you file the refund request case.

OP1 year agoI was using a jpeg image.
Thank you for the response. I feel their packaging was defective
, wrapped in plastic and in a plastic bag. Part is make out of
plastic and metal.
