how do I send a feedback revision
the help pages tell me the rules, but when I click that I want to send one - it keeps sending me to my feedback profile page where I see no button / drop down menu or other indication of where I can send the customer the request - which they asked for!
The AI help sucks. Apparently eBay has no eliminated phone support too?!?! wants to communicate via 24 hr delay emails
Appreciate more info than the help pages provide. Thanks

OP10 months agoI see she can leave a follow up - which she promised to do. But does seem very silly that someone isn't allowed to change their mind. And who reads follow up comments when skimming quickly though reviews. But, oh well.

Very few buyers that check your feedback will read positive feedback, although while it is at the top of the list it might get read. A follow up comment is going to make it stand out and people will see that.

OP10 months agoI just now figured that out after I left the question. The issue isn't that I got a "positive" its that she said I took forever to get it shipped. After seeing that I reminded her, and she apologized that she had forgotten that (besides the eBay "away" banner) the day she bought it I messaged her I was away on vacation and told here the exact day I would ship and asked if she was ok with that - which she said she was. she offered to change her comment now that she remembers and apologizes.
