Until eBay International Shipping changes the program to allow combined shipping and export, the best approach for items like yours, where they are all the same type, is to work with the buyer. Cancel the sales at buyer request, relist those similar items in a single fixed price listing. If the buyer grabbed all your auctions, then split them into reasonable-sized lots for sale, and have the buyer repurchase. That should save the buyer considerable shipping expense, and the value doesn't appear to be high enough to affect the tariff rate.
If you are worried the buyer won't be awake when you relist, then set the listing price high and instruct the buyer to make an offer so that you can sell only to that buyer.

Mentor3 years agoUnfortunately, if you are using eBay International Shipping, you won't be able to do that.
