·2 years agoHi @hirfman Did you request a return through eBay's process? If you did, eBay sends you the return label. The seller is responsible for making sure their address info is current. The seller will have to contact eBay about issuing a new return label to send to you. It's not your responsibility to fix the problem.
Check the deadline that eBay gave you for returning. Return the item using the original label if the seller hasn't fixed the problem with eBay, and hasn't sent you a replacement return label in time to meet the return deadline. EBay's records will show that you returned using the label and address they gave you. Make sure the carrier scans the label.
If you didn't request the return through eBay's process, and the seller sent you their own return label, then don't use it, and don't pay for the return shipping on your own. File a return request with eBay right away:

OP2 years agoHello!
Thank you so much for taking the time to provide some guidance.
I will do as you suggest and give him time to correct his address issue. If he has not by a few days ahead of the deadline, I will ship via the label eBay had provided.
Thanks again!
